These terms cover how Dhister may be used. The parts specific to a voice product, consent, acceptable use, and responsibility for generated audio, matter most, so they're stated plainly.
Dhister provides an AI voice engine and three studios, sales calling, podcast generation, and voice library & cloning, operated by Dhister Private Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the login credentials issued to you and for activity under your account. Keep them secure, and let us know promptly if you believe they've been compromised.
You may only clone a voice you're authorised to clone. That means obtaining explicit, verifiable consent from the person whose voice it is, before cloning, and honouring any withdrawal of that consent. You must not use the cloning feature to impersonate a person without their consent or to deceive anyone about who is speaking. Breaching this is grounds for immediate suspension.
You keep ownership of the scripts, outlines, and voice samples you provide, and of the audio Dhister generates for you, subject to your compliance with these terms. You're responsible for how you use generated audio, including any disclosures your context or local rules require about the use of an AI voice.
Paid plans run for the billing cycle you select. You can cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the current cycle. Included allowances and any overage terms are shown on your plan.
Dhister is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
