Dhister is a voice product, so this policy focuses on the data that actually matters here: recordings, voice samples, and the consent that governs voice cloning.
We collect the information needed to run the Dhister voice engine and the studios you use:
We use this data to deliver the features you've chosen, generating audio, running calls, logging outcomes, and matching cloned voices, to support your account, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your voice recordings or clones to train models for anyone other than you.
Voice cloning is only performed with the explicit, verifiable consent of the person whose voice is being cloned. That consent is recorded and tied to the specific voice, and it can be withdrawn at any time. When consent is revoked, the cloned voice is disabled and the associated voice data is deleted going forward.
Usage controls let you limit where a cloned voice can be applied. A cloned voice is never made available to other customers.
Call recordings, transcripts, and voice samples are kept according to the retention period set on your account, then removed. You can request export or deletion of your account data, and revoking cloning consent triggers deletion of the related voice data.
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Dhister, for example, infrastructure and email delivery, under agreements that limit their use of it to providing those services. We may disclose information where required by law.
